BUSINESS LOANS & LINES OF CREDIT. Fresno First Bank offers a full range of loans and lines of credit with flexible rates and terms to support the needs of our business customers.  Examples include short-term loans and lines of credit to finance receivables and inventory, and longer term loans to finance equipment purchases and tenant improvements. All our credit decisions are made locally.

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LOANS. We offer commercial real estate loans for real estate purchases, construction and refinances. For commercial projects we offer owner and non-owner occupied construction and permanent financing. All our approvals, inspections and disbursements are handled on a local basis.

SBA & GOVERNMENT PARTICIPATED LOANS. Fresno First Bank offers a wide range of government participated business loans, including SBA Guaranteed Loans, SBA 504 Loans, Valley Small Business loans, and other government matching loans, with up to 90% financing on most projects. These loans are primarily made to for-profit businesses for owner-user projects to support the expansion of our local business community.

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION. Single family and multi-family construction loans with flexible terms are offered with local approvals, local inspections, and convenient, local loan disbursements.

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT LOANS. We offer loans for land acquisition, lot manufacturing and subdivision development.

AGRICULTURAL LOANS & LINES OF CREDIT. For our local agricultural community we offer production lines of credit, real estate loans and development loans. Fresno First Bank can also provide up to 100% financing on agricultural equipment purchases.

Checking

• Regular Business Checking account is for small to medium size businesses with a limited amount of activity.
• Business Interest Checking is our interest bearing account for sole proprietors and non-profit organizations.
• Analyzed Business Checking is for medium to large size businesses with a high level of activity.

Savings & CDs

• Business Savings is an interest bearing savings account, provided at no charge with $1,000.00 minimum collected balance.

Courier Services

When you don’t have time to get non-cash deposits or important documents to the bank, we bring the bank to you with our commercial courier service.

• Our services are available to meet your needs -- we’re here for you daily, weekly, or "on-call"
• Pick-ups are transported in sealed bags and are opened only by authorized bank personnel – so your safety and security are always assured
