An Enhanced Fresno First Bank Experience

What You Need to Know:

On Friday, February 22, 2019, we will be upgrading our systems to increase the usability and security. This will be a smooth transition and there will be very little disruption to you.

Not all changes will apply to you, but please be sure to review the following sections on how the services will be changing and key dates.

ATM/ Debit Cards

  • Balance inquires will be unavailable from Wednesday, February 20 through Sunday, February 25.
  • Purchases and withdrawals will not be impacted.



Online Banking

Availability

  • Beginning at 5 pm Thursday, February 21, through Monday, February 25 at 8 am, Online banking will be inquiry view only. This means that you will temporarily be unable to make transfers, bill payments or other changes affecting your account through Online Banking.

Logging Into the New System

  • On Monday, February 25, you will login using your existing login ID as this will not change.
  • You will then be prompted for your password.
  • Your password will be your existing user ID plus the last four digits of your social security number.
  • For example, if your login (user) name is JDOE and the last four digits of your SSN are 1234, then your new password is JDOE1234.
  • You will then be prompted to select a new password followed by your security questions and answers, as well as your personal greeting and image.

Historical Transactions

  • Recent transaction history will be temporarily unavailable.
  • We strongly encourage you to save copies of all documents, including statements between September 2018 and February 22, 2019.
  • If you need a copy of a statement in this time period, please call us.




Bill Pay

  • All Bill Pay information, including vendors and scheduled payments, will be converted for you.
  • On Thursday, February 21, all bill payments scheduled between February 21 and February 25 will be processed.
  • Bill Pay will be unavailable to add new payments and vendors beginning Friday, February 22 through Sunday, February 24.
  • Any payments with an effective date beginning Tuesday, February 26 or later will be processed on the new Bill Pay System.




Statements

  • If your normal statement cycle is the 15th of the month, you will receive your February Statement as of February 21.
  • If your statement cycle is at month end, you will receive a statement as of February 21 in addition to your normal month end statement. This means you will receive two statements in February.
  • Interest-bearing accounts will receive interest effective February 21 and again at your next statement cycle.

Mobile Banking

  • Mobile Banking, like on-line banking, will be inquiry view only beginning at 5 pm on Thursday, February 21.
  • Apple Users: beginning Monday, February 25 you will be prompted to update your App.
  • Android Users: beginning Monday, February 25 our new App will be available for download.

The Mobile Banking App will include the following features:

  • Mobile Capture will allow you to deposit checks directly from your phone with the touch of a button.
  • Transfer funds between accounts.
  • Peer to Peer Payments (P2P) will allow you to send money to your friends and family.
  • Turn your debit card on/off with a touch of a button.
  • Bill Pay

Business Cash Management Users

  • You will receive separate instructions for your Cash Management Services.
